Refund policy
Your experience is important to us, therefore we’re happy to provide exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase from our Thirty48.com website, as long as they’re in a sellable condition.
After the initial 30 days, products purchased at our web store are covered by the Manufacturer's 1 Year Product Warranty.
All returned/exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed and in the original condition you received it. We will not accept products that have been damaged after receiving them or are worn out from normal wear.
Shipping:
Unless the product is faulty, customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with shipping items back to us. (No return labels will be provided for Exchange and Refund).
**IMPORTANT** Thirty48 takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
Refunds (if applicable):
To complete your return, please email sales@thirty48.com for return instructions. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to Thirty48 without prior consent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thirty48.com.
